KCL Consulting Ltd. is a Vancouver-based consulting practice founded in 2020. It brings enterprise supply chain experience to small and medium-sized businesses, with a hands-on, data-driven and systematic approach.
Kevin Li, Principal Consultant
Kevin is a mechanical engineer (BASc, University of British Columbia) with more than 15 years in retail and warehouse supply chains.
At Mountain Equipment Co-op he held roles from business analyst to Director of Supply Planning and Supply Chain Analytics, including project managing the opening of a $9 million distribution centre. At Aritzia he ran North American outbound logistics as Senior Manager, Retail Logistics.
Since founding KCL Consulting in 2020, he has advised Canadian 3PLs and SMEs on inventory control, warehouse systems, business metrics and software projects.
Clarice Fu, Consultant
Clarice brings more than 15 years in the manufacturing and biomedical industries, specializing in process improvement and performance coaching. She supports KCL clients on process design, team performance and change management.
